We firmly believe in the Triple Bottom Line approach- People, Planet, Profit.  That being said, we are glad to provide the Investor Choice Programs that enables people to help people and the planet while making money as well.

This program is design for investors who lack the time and desire to grow food, yet realize it is a solid consistent money maker.  We have several investors who have chosen to realize profits instead of loss after loss on the market.

What does this entail?  Money, time, patience, and a desire to make money and be involved in the business of NEEDS not WANTS.

How does it work?  The investor, either in a pool of other investors or individually, invests in a crop of our mutually choosing.  The investor is then invited to purchase the crop plants in seedling level way below market retail and wholesale rate.  We then plant, care for, and maintain the crops on a third party piece of land or your own piece of land.  When the crops are ready for harvest, we pick, pack, and sell the crops through our buyers for you.

Our fee for this end to end service is as low as 6.66% and as high as 20% contingent of our level of involvement on final sale of production.  Hence, we cost you nothing for our service until you make money at the end after all the work has been done.
These programs require a minimum low investment of $2500 for initial stock of plants.
